Easy peasy


I had some leftover lasagne sheets that needed to be used so I attempted cannelloni tonight. I can't believe how easy it was. I mixed ricotta, frozen spinach, pinenuts and nutmeg together and then rolled it up into the lasagne sheets. I made a quick tomato sauce to go over the top, sprinkled with cheese and put it in the oven for 40 minutes.

Yum, will definitely be making this again.

  1. This looks so yummy, glad it was easy to make. The first time I made them was with the shop bought cannelloni tubes and that was a mess, glad they now have fresh sheets to make them with. You will have to try making from scratch, not so hard to do.
