We attended a house warming party today for some friends who have moved from a small inner city apartment to a three bedroom house a little further out in the suburbs. The area is somewhere we looked at when we bought our suburban house and if it wasn't for the fact it was a little too far away from our family I'm sure we would now be neighbours.
The house is great with a lot of room both inside and out and lots of opportunity for them to put their own stamp on it. I'm looking forward to seeing the transformation over the coming years.
